ROLAND, Okla. — Delivering all the “TRL” moments that transport you back to the early 2000s, The Pop 2000 Tour is heading to Lee Creek Tavern inside Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland on Friday, May 23 at 9 p.m.
Hosted by Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC, the lineup features O-Town, Ryan Cabrera and LFO, making this event a must-see for fans of early 2000s pop. The show is free and open to the public ages 21 & up.
Chris Kirkpatrick is best known as a founding member of *NSYNC, one of the most iconic boy bands in history. In addition to his music career, Kirkpatrick has lent his voice to various projects, including the character Chip Skylark on “The Fairly Oddparents.” In recent years, he competed on “Celebrity Big Brother” and “The Masked Singer.”
O-Town rose to fame through the groundbreaking reality TV series “Making the Band,” which aired on ABC and MTV. The group’s chart-topping hits include “Liquid Dreams” and “All or Nothing,” the latter of which was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2001 Radio Music Awards.
Ryan Cabrera, the singer-songwriter behind hits like “On the Way Down,” “True” and “Shine On,” achieved massive success with his album “Take It All Away,” which peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Top 200. Cabrera also gained fame through appearances on MTV’s “The Ashlee Simpson Show” and “The Hills.”
LFO, known for their chart-topping hits “Summer Girls,” “Girl on TV” and “Every Other Time,” became a defining act of the late ’90s and early 2000s. Today, Brad Fischetti, the only remaining member, keeps the LFO legacy alive for both longtime and new fans.
