ROLAND, Okla. — Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland will welcome trailblazing country music artist Terri Clark at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at Lee Creek Tavern inside the casino.

A pioneering voice in country music, Clark has built a remarkable career spanning decades, from her early days performing at Nashville’s famed Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge to becoming the only Canadian female member of the Grand Ole Opry. Clark’s music has included 20 singles and six No. 1 hits, including “If I Were You,” “Poor Poor Pitiful Me,” “Emotional Girl” and “In My Next Life.”

A multi-JUNO Award winner, Clark has sold more than 5 million albums worldwide and earned numerous certifications, including three RIAA platinum and two RIAA gold albums, along with multiple Canadian gold, platinum, double platinum and triple platinum releases.

Her chart success includes 13 Top 10 singles, with six reaching No. 1 in both the United States and Canada. Her achievements have also been recognized with 19 Canadian Country Music Association Awards and multiple nominations for ACM Awards and CMA’s Female Vocalist of the Year. Beyond the stage, she connects with fans as the host of the internationally syndicated radio show “Country Gold with Terri Clark,” heard across North America.

Clark’s influence on the genre has been further cemented with her induction into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in 2018 and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2023, placing her among legendary artists such as Joni Mitchell, Neil Young and Shania Twain. Clark has captivated sold-out audiences throughout the United States and Canada, both as a headliner and alongside country icons, including George Strait, Toby Keith, Brooks & Dunn and Brad Paisley. More recently, she joined Reba McEntire on tour, performing at renowned venues such as Madison Square Garden and the Hollywood Bowl.

Continuing her legacy, Clark released “Terri Clark: Take Two,” a duets project featuring collaborations with artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Carly Pearce, Ashley McBryde, Lainey Wilson, Ben Rector and Cody Johnson. The album reimagines some of her most iconic hits and showcases her enduring impact on country music.

The show is free to those 21 and older.
