TULSA, Okla. – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa will welcome Texas country artist Lane Smith to the Track 5. stage at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 26. The live show is free to the public ages 21 and up.
Lane's newly released single "Ran out of Road" blends a more expansive sound with catchy melodies and his own brand of country music, leaving his fans asking for more. Smith released his first EP in 2019 and has earned more than 2 million streams on all platforms. His first full-length album followed in June 2023. Smith's singles to be on the lookout for include "Red Lights," "Austin" and "Big Show."
Raised in the heart of Texas Hill Country in Spring Branch, Smith is no stranger to country music. Before releasing his first songs, Smith made his rounds through the rodeo circuit as a bullfighter, a culture heavily influencing country music. After a chorus of friends encouraged Smith to play his music, he embarked on a journey not too far off from rodeo life -- being out on the road -- but this time singing country music. Today, Smith has already played at legendary venues, including the historic Gruene Hall, and has served as a supporting artist alongside other artists such as Colt Ford, Chase Matthews, Matt Stell and Kyle Park.
