WEST SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. — Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs and Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland will welcome country rocker Frankie Ballard for back-to-back performances in June. Ballard will take the stage at SEVEN Bar inside Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs at 9 p.m. Friday, June 13, and at 9 p.m. Saturday, June 14, at Lee Creek Tavern inside Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland.
Ballard is making his long-anticipated return to the spotlight, bringing his high-energy sound and heartfelt songwriting back to the stage. Best known for his chart-topping hits “Sunshine & Whiskey,” “Helluva Life” and “Young & Crazy,” he rose to national fame as one of Nashville’s most electrifying performers, captivating fans with his infectious energy and guitar-driven sound. After years of touring and nearly a decade since his last full-length album, he has returned with “The Messenger,” a raw and soul-stirring new release that blends country with gospel, blues and rock ’n’ roll.
Produced alongside acclaimed guitarist Tyler Bryant and featuring vocals from Rebecca Lovell of Larkin Poe, “The Messenger” marks a creative rebirth for Ballard. Recorded in a stripped-down Nashville studio, the album is as personal as it is powerful. Songs like “Cussin’ in My Prayers” and “Dirty Church Clothes” reflect Ballard’s spiritual journey, while tracks like “Freight Train of Trouble” and a swaggering cover of Blind Willie Johnson’s “Jesus Make Up My Dying Bed” showcase his evolution as a storyteller and musician.
With his signature blend of gritty guitar work, emotional vocals and renewed purpose, Ballard isn’t just releasing music — he’s sharing a message. A husband, father and artist redefined, he brings a new level of soul and conviction to the stage.
Fans can expect a dynamic show that blends old favorites with fresh material, offering an intimate look at one of country music’s most compelling voices. Whether you’ve followed him from the beginning or are just discovering his music, Frankie Ballard’s upcoming performances promise a night of unforgettable storytelling and high-octane musicianship.
Both shows are free to those 21 years and older.
