ROLAND, Okla. — With more than 6 million records sold and 12 Top 40 singles, ‘90s rock staple Everclear is heading to the Lee Creek Tavern stage inside Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland on Friday, July 11, at 9 p.m.

The show is free to those 21 and older.

Everclear has become synonymous with hits like “Santa Monica,” “Father of Mine,” “I Will Buy You a New Life,” “Wonderful” and “Everything to Everyone.” The band’s groundbreaking, 1995 major-label debut, “Sparkle and Fade,” went platinum and established Everclear as a household name. Their catalog includes four gold or platinum albums and a 1998 Grammy nomination.

Known for its unmistakable blend of grunge-inflected rock and emotionally resonant lyrics, Everclear rose to prominence in the 1990s and has remained a staple in the alternative rock scene for more than three decades. Formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1992, the band is fronted by founder, vocalist and guitarist Art Alexakis, whose creative vision has driven Everclear’s longevity and success.

The band recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with a remastered deluxe edition of its debut album, “World of Noise,” available for the first time on streaming platforms. The reissue includes six bonus tracks alongside the original 12. The milestone also features a retrospective video hosted by former MTV VJ Matt Pinfield and a national tour. A standout performance at the famed Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles was recorded and released as a live album featuring the band’s biggest hits and deep cuts.

Everclear’s upcoming performance at Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland promises an evening of high-energy rock and a celebration of one of alternative rock’s most enduring bands.
