ROLAND, Okla. — Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland will welcome the critically acclaimed country music band LANCO at 8 p.m. Friday, June 12, at Lee Creek Tavern inside the casino.
Nashville-based country band LANCO has spent nearly a decade building its reputation as one of the genre’s most compelling and energetic acts. The group first broke onto the national scene with its album “Hallelujah Nights,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and produced the multiplatinum hit “Greatest Love Story” along with the platinum-certified single “Born to Love You.”
With the release of its sophomore album, “We’re Gonna Make It,” LANCO further showcased its signature mix of authenticity and high-energy performances. The band recently teamed up with Eli Young Band on its latest single, “Call You a Friend,” ahead of a joint headline tour that kicked off earlier this year.
Throughout the band’s career, LANCO has earned recognition from the Country Music Association, American Music Awards, iHeartRadio Music Awards and the Academy of Country Music Awards, where it won New Duo/Group of the Year.
