ROLAND, Okla. — Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland will welcome country hitmakers Parmalee at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, to Lee Creek Tavern inside the casino.

Parmalee has established itself as one of country music’s most successful modern bands, amassing more than 1.6 billion streams and earning six No. 1 hits on country radio. The North Carolina–bred group is known for its hook-driven sound and consistent chart dominance across radio, streaming platforms and playlists.

The band is comprised of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas, who serve as lead vocalist/guitarist and drummer, respectively, along with cousin Barry Knox on bass and lifelong friend Josh McSwain on guitar. Together, Parmalee has delivered a string of fan-favorite hits, including “Take My Name,” Billboard’s most-played country song of 2022, and “Girl in Mine,” which ranked among Billboard’s most-played country songs of 2023. The group also teamed up with Blanco Brown on “Just the Way” and earned ongoing radio success with “Gonna Love You,” a deeply personal track reflecting on the near-fatal car accident the band experienced early in its career.

Parmalee’s single “Cowgirl” peaked at No. 1 on the U.S. Country Airplay chart and appears on the group’s latest album “Fell in Love With a Cowgirl.”

With recognition from the Academy of Country Music Awards, iHeartRadio and the American Music Awards, Parmalee continues to prove it is not only a chart-topping force, but a live experience not to miss.

The show is free to those 21 and older.
