TULSA, Okla.– Cherokee Nation Businesses announced today the appointment of Tim Roberts as Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, a newly created role that reflects CNB’s continued commitment to thoughtful growth and diversification, and long-term value creation in support of the Cherokee Nation’s economic and community priorities.
In this role, Roberts will serve as a senior, enterprise-wide leader responsible for aligning strategy across CNB and its portfolio of businesses, supporting execution of cross-business initiatives and strengthening the company’s holding company operating model. He will work closely with CNB leadership to ensure strategy is clear, executable and aligned with the mission of the Cherokee Nation.

Roberts brings more than 20 years of experience across tribal enterprise, federal contracting, humanitarian operations and large-scale, highly regulated programs. He previously served as vice president of corporate strategy for CNB and held multiple senior leadership roles within Cherokee Federal, where he helped build and lead high-performing divisions supporting complex federal missions in the United States and abroad.
