Humane Society Is Ace of Spades

Last year, Cherokee Nation Businesses announced it was investing $100 million to renovate and expand Cherokee Nation health care facilities. CNB did this because the health and wellbeing of Cherokee citizens is one of Cherokee Nation’s top priorities. Healthy citizens lead longer, happier, more productive lives.

Remembering Our Ancestors’ Journey

Every year, high school and college students from the Cherokee Nation and Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians participate in the Remember the Removal Ride. The journey commemorates the forced removal of the Cherokee people during the winter of 1838-39 and spans 950 miles during a three-week period.
